Read Somewhere---Nice one & Heart Touching

Fiza ne jab dariya mein pani ko sehlaya,
To jitne bal khake paani kinaron se takraya,
Utani Baar Ae Khuda tu Yaad aaya.......

Jab baarish ki boondo ne dharti ko chooma,
Humne zameen par bikharte sitaaro ko paya,
Jitne sitaaron ko saawan ne barsaya,
Utani Baar Ae Khuda tu Yaad aaya............

Fiza ne jab gulshan mein foolo ko mehkaya,
to jitani baar mehak ko humnei apni saanson mein paya,
Utani Baar Ae Khuda tu Yaad aaya.............

baadlon ke peeche se jab,
suraj yun muskaya,
uski naram kirano se tune,
jab zindagi ki Lau (fire) ko jalaya,
Utani Baar Ae Khuda tu Yaad aaya.............

Gulshan ki raahon se jab main guzra,
to jitane khushgwaar ehsaaso ko maine kareeb paya,
Utani Baar Ae Khuda tu Yaad aaya................

Ae kaash ke tu har waqt,
Yun hi mere saatjh rahe,
Na main kuch kahun,
Tu bhi khamosh hi rahe,
Bas nazron se nazrein,
Isharon mein baatein kahe,
Aur dekh kar yun humein,

KOI aur deewana bhi yeh kahe---

KI AE KHUDA TU YAAD AAYA...
AE KHUDA TU YAAD AYA…............

For When U Both Are At Heaven's Gate

Don't think that no one loved you,
because they've turned away.

Don't feel they didn't care for you,
because they couldn't stay.

Don't damn the world for not returning,
the love you feel you've given.

Don't hate the one that you were yearning for,
because she/he couldn't make a commitment.

Just think of her/him as experience,
and think how much you've grown.

Think of her/him as the sacred prince,
who placed you on a throne.

Think of all your times together,
Feeling closer since you're apart.

Think of your plans of now and forever,
and hold them in your heart.

And don't let yourself feel so much hate,
when she's/he's no longer yours other.

For when you're both at Heaven's gate,
that woman/man will be your sister/brother.

Love Me For Me

Love me for me,
For the me that I am true and true,
Love me with my imperfections,
See me as I am and not as what you want me to be….

Love me for me,
For the me that makes mistakes and speaks without thinking,
Love me even when I am unreasonable,
See me as I am and not for the Angel you seek….

Love me for me,
For the me that cries when a stranger child is hurt,
Love me when I am sad without me having a reason to be,
See me as I am not as what I once was…..

So, please always love me for me.................

HOPE

Some days before, I was staying in a hostel...So I used to have my food outside in hotels and restaurants.......

As I was having breakfast one morning, I overheard two cancer specialists (oncologists) conversing. One complained bitterly, "You know, Bikram, I just don't understand it. We used the same drugs, the same dosage, the same schedule and the same entry criteria. Yet I got a 22 percent response rate and you got a 74 percent. That's unheard of for metastatic cancer. How do you do it?"

His colleague replied, "We're using Etoposide, Platinum, Oncovin and Hydroxyurea. You call yours EPOH. I tell my patients I'm giving them HOPE. As dismal as the statistics are, I emphasize that we have a chance."

From there conversation i realized that we can always overcome from every situations,if we have the HOPE......

Where U and I are One..

"Love alone is capable of uniting living beings in such a way as to complete and fulfill them, for it alone takes them and joins them to what is deepest within themselves"

After a long, long time...many years of soul searching', study and self-discovery I've finally 'got it' and now understand the difference between the deepest agony and misery of the human condition… and the greatest joy!

I 'know', from my own experience, that the difference is simply between feeling separate, isolated, lonely, lost, and feeling 'at-one', whole, home. I think most people, if not all, live with a kind of homesickness; a sweet nostalgia which they can't quite put their finger on as if they were once in a place that they can't quite remember but desperately, somehow, want to get back to.

The Mystics have said for millennia that in existence there is a fundamental oneness; there isn't and never has been any division or separation at all. Now science is beginning to agree, they call it a "Unified Field" or "Theory of Everything".

I believe that at our deepest level (our core, Being, essence, soul, DNA) we inherently know that we are one with each other and with all things. The trouble is in our mental-minds. We have a deeply rooted idea that we are separate, a deeply engrained belief. These causes a split between what we think and what we intuitively know; a distance between our heads and our hearts.

From day to day we live from our heads, our thoughts… and this causes all our problems, all our misery. We're going against our deepest instincts! It is said that while in the womb (and also as very young children) we are in a natural state of one-ness, love, union, and innocence…bliss. Then after a while, gradually as we grow up in the world, we begin to realize that "I am this and you are that", "I am here and you are there", "I am me and you are…you". We start to feel separate, we become 'self-conscious', we become afraid.

In some ancient languages, the word for 'Separation' and the word for 'Fear' is actually the same. We go on and on accumulating knowledge, identity, conditioning and this sense of 'Me' gets re-enforced over and over again. We develop an "Ego".

Psychologists reckon that this is essential for survival at this stage of our lives. However, although necessary, too much "ego" can eventually become a heavy burden. As adults, we feel isolated, lonely, small, restricted and incomplete.

Trapped in this prison of a mind-made-ME, we long to expand, to grow, to melt, to merge with someone, something…anything. We ache to be back in that place that we once knew. This has all happened because we have forgotten Who We Truly Are. Our light has become hidden under the bushel of fear, a false self, a mask, a defense, and/or an idea.

The cure is Love.

Love is the essence of who we are and it is our way out of this mess. Love and fear are opposites. Fear was the problem, love is the solution. Fear means separation, love means union. Luckily, only love is really real.

I heard a story once:

A lover went to visit his beloved. He knocked on her door and his beloved called out "Who is there?"

"It is I, Raj, your lover," he replied.

"Go away," she said, "There is no room in here for two of us!"

He was baffled, but went away and studied, meditated, learned, burned, unlearned and eventually surrendered and let loads of inner ego baggage go.

A few months later he came back to see his beloved. Again he knocked on her door and again she called out "Who's there?"

But this time his reply was different. "It is you," he said.

The door opened and he was welcomed in. He had learned the secret; he had remembered.

The word 'sin' originally means 'to forget' or 'forgetfulness' and so to be forgiven, to be redeemed, to be atoned, we have to remember something. We have to remember the truth that is at the core of who and what we really are, the truth that's in the marrow of our very bones!!

Truth is a word for anything that is indivisible: Love, the Now, God, Dharma, Logos, Tao, Energy, Nature, Life, Reality, and Existence. To remember ourselves as a part of the divine plan is to be set free yet deep down, we are already free, and love is freedom.

Love heals us, makes us whole again. (Interestingly, the root word for 'heal' and 'whole' is the same.) Our Ego NEVER feels complete, or fulfilled or whole. All our restriction, all our resistance, all our struggle, all our fight is basically against nature, against ourselves, against love. It's a fight we can never win! The part can never 'win' against the whole and eventually, one way or another, we will have to surrender, to yield, to let go.

"Love conquers all things; let us too give in to Love."

Love is the bottom line of every religion and spiritual pathway, to surrender ourselves to a higher, deeper, greater power. The word 'Islam' even translates as 'surrender'.

So it seems that our lives are a journey from knowing, through forgetting, to (hopefully) remembering again. We start out open and free and end up open and free. Somewhere in the middle we pass through a narrow tunnel. This tunnel is our identification with our small-self, "ME", a conditioned-ego, and our cocoon.

The Buddhists say, "No self, No problem."

To me, that means no small, false, separate, scared self; no problems.

When they talk about 'dying before you die' I think they really just mean dropping the baggage; getting rid of all our un-natural ways and being natural again, returning to innocence, like a child, living 'in tune' with our own true nature, just as God intended, living love. Living like this you never fear death!

Jesus said that whoever is prepared to lose (their old life, their ego-shell) will gain (a new life, freedom, joy) He also said that the Golden Rule was to "Love your neighbor as your self", because he knew, he'd remembered, at the deepest level your 'neighbor' is yourself.

There is only One Self. Call it Love, call it Life, and call it God or Truth or "The Ground of Being". It doesn't really make much difference. We are all truly, madly, deeply one!!!

Remember, re-member, be a member again of the whole of existence, of everything that is, was and ever will be.

In Hinduism, it's called "Lila", which means play. To be you is to be happy. To be whole is to be healthy (to be out of tune with yourself or the whole leads to "dis-ease").

We are each a vital part of something real, magic and infinite. We're each like different instruments in a divine cosmic orchestra. You don't need a reason to be happy and there is no reason to be afraid. Live, love, laugh, and learn.

"The end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time."

"Namaste", which (I think) means I honor that place in you, where you and I are one.

GIVE SOMEONE YOU LOVE FIVE MORE MINUTES OF YOUR TIME TODAY!!!!

In last Sunday evening, I went out for a walk...after various rounds; I sat down next to a man on a bench near a playground.

After sometimes, the man started chatting with me, and he showed his daughter: “That’s my daughter on the cycle in the white dress.”

Then, looking at his watch, he called to his daughter. “What do you say we go, Milli?”

Milli pleaded, “Just five more minutes, Papa. Please? Just five more minutes.”

The man nodded and Milli continued to ride her cycle to her heart’s content. Minutes passed and the father stood and called again to his daughter. “Time to go now?”

Again Milli pleaded, “Five more minutes, Papa. Just five more minutes.”

The man smiled and said, “OK.”

“You certainly are a patient father,” I responded.

The man smiled at me, and then said, “Her elder brother Mihir was killed by a drunk driver last year while he was riding his bike near here. I never spent much time with him, and now I’d give anything for just five more minutes with him. I’ve vowed not to make the same mistake with Milli.

"She thinks she has five more minutes to ride her cycle. The truth is:

I get five more minutes to watch her play.”

LIFE IS ALL ABOUT MAKING PRIORITIES, WHAT ARE YOUR PRIORITIES??

Unfinished Story of a Little Girl.....

Once upon a time there was a little girl. Although she had a brother and a sister she was very lonely. Somehow she seemed to know that there was something missing from her life for her days were long and hard, even painful but she accepted it for she was told that it was how life was, but at night, as she snuggled into her bed she was able to cast off her fears and loneliness and enter a world of beauty.

It was a world filled with beautiful people, with knights who believed in honour above all else and of maidens who pined for love and who enjoyed the throes of ecstasy when they found it. Softly she would enter this world, careful not to disturb it, and as she watched, she herself longed to be a part of such a wonderful and happy world.

But as time passed, she grew as all children do, but unlike other children, she never lost her joy and wonder at this beautiful world that she had created. She longed with an aching heart that some day she would find a love, one that was true, strong and lasting.

With each passing year, such a love seemed further and further distant. Instead she learnt that the world was hard and had no time for dreamers. Throughout all her troubles and turmoil, her heart never hardened as some do, but it remained soft, tender and giving. So she became drawn to the treasure trove of trying to help others. Then in some inexplicable way or maybe it was through the work she was doing, she learnt two of the most valuable truths to living.

The first was that it is far better and more rewarding to give than to receive. The second was that if you go searching for love, you may well find it, but it is unlikely to be a lasting love. Instead, it is far better to let love find you, for when it does it will not be a false love, but instead it will be a good and true love. One that will grow with the passing days. So that with the passing of the years, each others love will grow stronger and they will be bound with the silken threads so tightly that they will never break.

That little girl has grown into an adult. She no longer seeks to find love for at last she is at peace with her soul, she knows without the slightest reservation that love will knock on her heart.

Today, the world which was once so large that it took months for word to travel from one place to another, has been reduced to the point that a word spoken thousands of miles away can reach its destination the instant it is spoken. Valorous knights no longer walk the land for they have long since vanished into dust. In spite of all the factual and hustle and bustle of this modern world, Love survives!!

It is reaching out from a far and distant land, all this once a little girl, but now an adult need do is to unlock the door to her heart, open it wide and allow love to enter. But after waiting so long, after enduring so much, it is very difficult to vanquish her fears and welcome it in the way she has yearned to for so long.

Then one day while walking in the streets of the city, she met a man. He was like so many other men, quite ordinary, he spoke like other men, but she also knew he was very different from any man she had ever known. So instead of just listening to his words, she listened to the meaning of his words.

Now for the first time she started to understand and she listened attentively and yearned to hear more. As time passed this girl who was now a woman came to realise that there were still knights in shining armour and that she had found hers.

All that was needed now was time. Time to unlock her heart, but it was slow, for a lock that has never been used is difficult to open. But day be day, week by week it opened a little more, and as it opened, the light that had been locked within streamed out to meet the glory of this magnificent world waiting to enter.

Slowly this knight taught her how to understand herself, to see the beauty inside, radiating out from her soul. To look for the good in people, not their bad. To truly see the beauty of the world around us, the power and mystery of nature. For in nature, there is no ugliness, for that is something only the darkness of the human mind creates.

Now at last she was content within her soul. Now at last she knew happiness within her heart. She knew now that she was truly ready to accept and give love when it found her. She knew also that she was so very rich, for true wealth is not measured in coin or gold, but in happiness and understanding.

Then as all mortal things must, her knight was gone. Pearls of sorrow streamed from her now red rimmed and saddened eyes. Both her heart and soul were heavy. But again she knew that time helps heal even the deepest wounds. She knew also that her knight lived on in her heart, he would never leave her.

At long last she was now ready to walk confidently into the glories of life. Leaving her fantasy world behind, yet carrying a large portion of it in her Heart.

She knew now that she was ready, ready to accept the love she had always yearned for. That when her true love found her, that she would be able to give totally and completely. Not just of her heart, but of her mind, her body, her very being.

Now it has all come to pass. Not only is she happy, but she is confident that no matter what, her love will last for ever.

As U Attune to My Heart....

As you attune to my heart
Uplifted are my feelings
Connecting with affections
Here upon my heartstrings

Sensually flows the rhythm
With passionate desires
As our heartbeats in tempo
The sounds of love inspires

Again your heartsongs play
As words whisper amore
Embracing in your passion
I shall love you forevermore

When my heart sings of joy
Words flow with delight
Expressing my love to you
It gave me reasons to write

Turning Off Your Filter

From My Own Experience I want to share this with you...i turned off my filter, and it helped me a lot in every relationships.......so its a request to you too to please turn off your filters and live happily......

We all learn various communication habits early on in life. Communication patterns emerge based on our upbringing, culture, and a myriad of other experiences we encounter. Due to these factors, certain responses to situations can be “programmed” without actually being analyzed to see if the reaction is fair and accurate for the present situation. I call this a listening filter. This occurs when something someone says to you goes through a kind of preconceived filter before actually getting to you. When this happens a host of different problems can materialize. First, you typically aren’t hearing what your partner is actually saying because your filter is misconstruing the context. Second, your response may not actually indicate what “you” are trying to say or feel.

There are a host of these kinds of filters that typically stem from certain fears such as, “If they do X, they must not love me” or “getting upset with me means they are unhappy and might leave me” and so on.

Let me give you a condensed example. Let’s say in a past relationship (or even one you’ve just seen or been exposed to, like a parental relationship) one partner frequently leaves the other in order to pursue self-interests. This causes a strain on the relationship because the other partner starts to feel lonely and unimportant. This leads to arguments and upsets and eventually this relationship ends.

Flash forward to a current relationship. Your partner wants to go out for a night with the guys. Your first reaction is to compare this experience with previous experiences. Before you know it, you are suddenly filled with self-doubt and feelings of being unwanted or unloved. Instead of realizing that a guy's night out for your man is typically not a big deal, you run the situation though the filters you've develped in your previous relationship and it suddenly becomes a serious issue. Your partner has no idea that his seemingly simple request has caused these emotions in you, and therefore will have no idea how to react when you become upset. In fact, he may not even know why you are truly upset with him, because you are attacking his desire to go out instead of the insecurity your filter has caused. He will only see that his request for one night with the guys has turned into a huge problem, and this will probably leave him feeling upset, hurt, confused, or even angry or trapped.

In order to stop this cycle you need to change the way you react to a situation. You can’t always change the way you feel, so you need to work on changing the way you talk about how you feel or changing your perception of the situation.

In the example above, talking about how you feel and changing your perception could work conjunctly. If your filter turned on because you were worried they’d rather spend time with their friends than you, simply explain that to them. Let them know that sometimes your insecurity filter turns on and that occasionally you need to be reassured. You can also change your perception of the situation by realizing that your partner wants to go out with the guys just because he wants to go out with the guys. It's not that he doesn't want to be with you. The two are not exclusive.

The power to alter your perception of a situation is an amazing relationship ally. The more you realize you have the ability to change any situation just by changing the way you view it, the quicker you will learn to see your partner for exactly who they are and be able to perceive what they are really saying with their words or actions.
